NHS Information Governance Toolkit - "NHS Business Partner"

Chronos and 360CRM have achieved the NHS Connecting For Health Information Governance Statement of Compliance (IG SoC) at the NHS business Partner level.  The demands of this level are designed for organisations who routinely access patient data and far exceed those of the "Commercial Third Party " level which is normally used for organisations who provide infrastructure services and have no need to access patient data.

Information Security Standard

360CRM is one of the few organisations to have achieved certification to stringent standards required for ISO 27001, the  Information Security Management Standard.  Information security is at the centre of every thing we do! Importantly 360CRM refused to take the easy way out and make the scope of our information security system only cover an indivudual  department or a few process, 360CRM scope includes "all its business processes and procedures". Patient Confidentiality

360CRM's's people, processes and technologies have been aligned to ensure complete confidentiality of patient information. Our professional agents are fully vetted and highly trained to conform to your own in-house standards for the handling of patient information.
